You can now register to access your MCCU account online
This will enable you to view recent transactions on both your share (savings) and loan account.
First, you will need to register for online access - to do this, you will need to know your account number. We normally deal with people by name so you may not remember your number! If you need to request it, complete the form below and we’ll be in touch with you.
One you have registered, you can also download our mobile app if you have an Android phone - search Google Play for Mendip Credit Union (the app for iPhones is coming soon!).
Tips for successful first time registration!
▶The details you enter need to match the details we hold on our system, so if you’ve moved or changed your phone number, you need to contact us to get your record updated first (0800 6226036)
▶If you have a joint account, you need to enter your first names in the following format Jill & Jack and if you have different surnames, Smith & Jones with the female name first in both cases. If this doesn’t work, you need to contact us as some other information doesn’t match what we already hold for you
▶Enter your phone number in the following format 44 7********* (44 is the code for the UK and so you need to leave out the first zero)
▶ If your registration fails, we will see it a will get in touch with you - it usually means that some information you have entered doesn’t match what we already hold. We will need to ensure that it’s really you that’s trying to get access and work out what information has changed - please be patient as this probably won’t be immediate
▶Authorising your application is a manual process so you may not receive your PIN until the next business day (although usually sooner)
