At a service point

You can pay by cash or personal cheque at one of our service points.  The transactions will either be written into your passbook (if you have one) or you will be given a receipt for the funds.  You need to check that the entry in your book/receipt is correct before you leave the service point.

Direct transfer

If you use telephone or internet banking, you can set up ‘one-off’ or regular payments to the credit union.  You will  need to provide our account number (20096612) and our sort-code (60-83-01). You will need to give your National Insurance number as the reference to ensure that we know the money has come from you!

By standing order

If you would like to set up or change a standing order,  you need to print off this form and complete it with your details. Remember to include your National Insurance number in the ‘reference’ field so that we know to pay it into your credit union account.  Once you have completed the form, send it directly to your bank.

Remember that a standing order is an agreement between you and your bank and the credit union cannot alter it on your behalf. It you want to change or cancel it, you need to contact your bank yourself.
